No. Assignment details take less than a minute for recruiters to enter. After that the workflow is managed automatically by the application. For review entry, it depends on how much the Reviewer wants to write, but reviews normally take less than 5 minutes to enter. In fact the application can reduce overall staff effort by speeding up the rehiring process.

 

Will the application need to be integrated with my companies other recruitment software and performance management tools? Top

No. The application is designed to be standalone so it does not require any significant input from your IT department.

 

What hardware or software will I or my company need to run the application? Top

The application does not require any special hardware or software. The software runs on any standard PC with an internet connection.

What is Resourcing Circle? Top

Resourcing Circle is an online application that enables companies to capture and store information about the performance of contractors they’ve used. Companies can then use this information to help them hire the best contractors when they looking to fill future assignments.

 

Who will be able to see reviews about me? Top

Only you and the company who entered the review will be able to see it. Within the company only selected individuals who work in recruitment roles will have access to the information held in the Resourcing Circle application (e.g. reviews, CVs, etc).

 

Will I be able to see reviews about me? Top

Yes. If you’re email address is held within the Resourcing Circle application then anytime that a new review is entered you will be sent a review notification email. Also, any company that is using Resourcing Circle will provide you with information on how to view your review when you start working with them.

 

What are the benefits of uploading my CV? Top

If you upload your CV then companies that you’ve worked for will have more information about your skills and experience to help them decide if you’re suitable for future assignments. Also, you can further increase your chances of getting an assignment by making your CV visible to companies that you’ve not worked for yet.

 

Can I control who can see my CV? Top

Yes. You can decide to either make your CV only visible to companies that you’ve worked for or to make it visible to all Resourcing Circle’s client companies.

 

How much does it cost to use Resourcing Circle? Top

Resourcing Circle is completely free for Contractors.

 

How do I go about signing up for the service? Top

What happens if I disagree with a review that I receive? Top

The Resourcing Circle application includes a workflow system which notifies you when new reviews are entered, allows you to view them and, if necessary, enables you to raise issues.
