Please read these terms and conditions ("these Terms"), which apply to the Resourcing Circle website at www.resourcingcircle.com ("Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. You can print off these Terms, or store them in your computer, for future reference. We may modify these Terms from time to time. Our service ("Service") is described on the Site at www.resourcingcircle.com. We reserve the right to change the Service from time to time and to withdraw any features of the Service without giving notice.

 

REGISTRATION PROCESS

 

You may register with the Site as a User.

 

When you register, we ask you to provide certain information about yourself that is true, accurate, and up to date. Should any of your registration information change, please go to View/Edit profile and make the required changes.

Although we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the server that makes the Site available is bug and virus free, we cannot provide any guarantee in this respect.

We will have no liability to you for any delay in performance of the Service or any other matters to the extent that any such delay or other matters are due to any events outside our reasonable control.

 

We will have no liability arising from any link being placed on the Site to another website which we are not responsible for.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

All intellectual property rights in any content of the Site are owned by or licensed to Resourcing Circle. No intellectual property right in any content of the Site is intended to, and it shall not be deemed to, transfer to any person who accesses the Site.

 

Resourcing Circle may at its own discretion and without giving notice alter, remove or suspend any part of the Site and any content of the Site. In no event will Resourcing Circle be liable for any loss or damage arising as a result of modifications made to the Site.

These Terms are governed by English law and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
